Koji antifriz izabrati

Molim za savjet sve one koji znaju. Dakle u pitanju je celica 90 god, trebam da kupim novi antifriz. Na haubi mi piše da sipam neki LLC čini mi se odnosno onaj tip koji nema u sebi alkohola.

Naravno tražio u prodavnici autodijelova, i svi me blijedo gledaju  :-\, a na pakovanju proizvoda nisam našao  taj podatak. Zanima me da li uopšte ima tih antifriza koji imaju u sebi alkohol, ili je to možda neka stara tehnologija koja je zastarila.Eto ko zna neka odgovori

G11 versus G12

O.K., now my opinion about this G11 to G12 changeover. In order to understand this better, I'll tell you what I know about coolant. Buy only high quality antifreeze-cheap brands can be straight ethylene glycol minus important corrosion inhibitors and lubricants. ALWAYS mix 50/50 with water(preferably distilled) or follow ratio recommend for your climate. Never top off coolant tank with straight coolant-preferrably small amount of distilled water or your 50/50 mixture. Use common sense, large amount missing means that if you refill, you are going to throw off the glycol to water ratio, and it is very important. Antifreeze should never exceed 65%. Exceeding 85% will cause the silicates to drop out of suspension and goo up to clog the radiator and reduce heat transfer. VW recommends the water and compressed air treatment to upgrade to G12 because up to a third of the coolant is still trapped in the heater core and the engine after you pull a hose or the drain cock. This flush ensures that you are removing all accumulated rust, scale,silicate buildup and old coolant as best as possible. By the way, the blue and red coolant will foam up and turn brown in your expansion tank if you mix them or don't get all the G11 out. The degree of corrosion that takes place in your VW depends upon the type of minerals and alloys in the engine and radiator, and the acidity or alkalinity of the coolant. So long as your coolant remains alkaline, corrosion will be held to a minimum. Conversely, acidic coolant hastens the corrosion process that occurs between the cast iron and the aluminum present in the engine and radiator. The corrosion inhibiting chemicals that are added to you coolant is what keeps the alkalinity on the high side of the Ph scale. That's why adding aftermarket wetters and boosters is not smart because you are altering the already unknown alkalinity of your coolant(no matter how new, it varies depending on mix ratio, mineral content, additive content) More important, this alkalinity ratio doesn't have to be bigger to be better-it just needs staying power. This is measured as alkalinity reserve(how long your coolant can resist corrosion)

 

The enemies of your coolant are heat, dissolved oxygen and minerals which react with the metal surfaces in your engine depleting the capacity of the coolant to resist becoming acidic. Therefore, changing the coolant annually or at least bi-annually guarantees that you never exceed the coolants ability to resist corrosion. European car makers like VW specify coolant additives lacking in phosphates and including borates and low silicates because their water is harder and it reacts with phosphates to create calcium and magnesium deposits.

 

The Japanese disagree and specify high in phosphates and low in borates and silicates because they fear lack of maintenance will cause borate corrosion. This is the reason you see the little "phosphate free coolant " only from vw under the expansion tank cap-or it will void mf's warranty. It seems that in my opinion, the original G11 coolant must have been a poor acidic retardant-either from the reaction to the water installed from the factory and/or an additive package that was insufficient to go more than a couple of years on North American water. Mixing the two coolants causes problems because you get saturation of the silicates and gelling inside the engine, thus the specific ritual flush with water and compressed air.

 

I firmly believe that no matter what proportion VW used for an additives package with the G12 coolant, it too should be flushed out and refilled every year or two. Considering that it isn't that much work and it beats playing with litmus paper and rebuilding your cylinder head. By the way, the corrosion we usually see on VR6s is surface etching that rubs away to leave pits-almost always around any flange that attaches to the head, or on the water jack inlets comprising the head gasket. They're usually good to go because they are far enough away from critical sealing areas, but we do replace heads when they are questionable. I really doubt that the new metal gasket is the reason for the G12. There is actually no bare metal on the gasket and all the passages have sealer from the factory around them. I think the reason was simply that G11 didn't provide long enough reserve capacity and coupled with poor maintenance, they were getting too many warranty problems.

Nemam pojam, nasao sam tekst slucajno pa reko da ubacim, ha, ha

 

Samo ti sipaj bilo koji obican (da nije g12) ako kupis vec razblazen 40% onda njega sipas celu kolicinu,

ako kupis koncentrat 100% onda sa destilovanom vodom 50:50%

Ja sam sipao motul g11, taj mi drugar ponudio, cena prihvatljiva 300din/litar

prosle godine sam sipao neki nas domaci po ceni 210din/litar

Trenutno na tržištu se prodaju svakakva sra**, tako da je bitan u stvari kavalitet najviše.

Smiješan mi danas jedan prodavač. Ja tražim antifriz LLC bez akohola, on me blijedo gleda, ja mu malo pojasnim a on ahaaa. Pa što odma ne kažeš  :D

Ponudi mi neki optima modriča, ja odmah neka hvala imaš li šta bolje, a on mi kaže imaš ovaj original Amerika  :D, cijena 3KM ili 1,5 € litar. Ja umrem od smijeha pa mu kažem, je** ga kako to original američki a cijena mu bosanska. On mi kaže je** ga jarane recesija  :D :D :D

Slažem se sa Vladom, sve su nijanse u pitanju, a što se tiče tog "Modričinog" ono je se na testiranju verovali ili ne pokazao kao jedan od najboljih, pored "Mobilovog" i "Polar Bell Super 100".Dok su se Motul, Shell, Valvoline,.. kotirali malko slabije. Napomenuo bih samo da od svih koje možete naći na tržištu nećete pogrešiti nijedan koji uzmete, sem jednog. Jedini ozloglašeni je ELP Antifriz (Nocca-group Beograd)- njegova korozivnost je 25X veći od dozvoljene, pa bi korišćene ove rashladne tečnosti moglo da stvori veliku količinu taloga koji ometa rad rashladnog sistema. ;)

Pozz,

 

Fabricki je TOYOTA RADIATOR CONDITIONER.

 

Mozes bilo koji antifriz tipa ETHYLENE-GLYCOL, najbolje pripremljena mesavina, ili rastvor za temeraturu -35C (preporuka Toyote).

 

Antifriz se menja na 2 godine. Moze on da izdrzi i mnogo duze, ali kod motora koji imaju celicni blok i aluminijumsku glavu, zbog razlike u potencijalima posle 2 godine pocinju iz antifriza da se izdvajaju kristali soli koji su opasni jer mogu da zacepe sitnije kanale, i eto problema.

 

Obavezno ispusti svu tecnost: iz hladnjaka i bloka motora!!!

 

NIKADA ne sipaj vodu u sistem za hladjenje!!!

 

Inace po meni najbolji je Royal blu i Mobil.

Da dodam po bojama, recimo da CRVENI ni pod razno, a za azijate se pokazalo da je najbolji ZELENI ili PLAVI...

Mene interesuje da li je G12 antifriz agresivniji prema plastici od obicnog (g05 plavog) i da li ja mogu da ga sipam u 4a-fe motor u koji bi trebalo, koliko ja znam, da ide obicni. Imam malo problema sa pregrevanjem leti pa bi sada kad vec moram da sipam antifriz sipo neki koji kljuca na visoj temp.

 

I samo da kazem da sam exprimentalno proverio tacku kljucanja g12 antifriza u rasvoru 33% antifriz 66% dest.voda i tacka kljucanja je 105. Tako da to i nije neki uspeh tj. moracu da probam u konc 50-50 tada bi po specifikaciji trebala da bude 114,9. Tako da je to vec poprilicno koncentrovan antifriz pa me interesuje kako ce da se ponasa motor i plasticni tj. gumeni delovi (creva itd).

 

U pitanju je Toyota carina e 1997. 1,6

Proverio sam temp. klucanja antifriza g12 u razlicitim koncentracijama pa evo rezultata:

 

antifriz:voda

33%:66%= 105

40%:60%= 107

50%:50%= oko 115

 

Sto znaci da za neko znacajno povecanje temp kljucanja treba koristiti bar 40% antifriz ili cak 50%, sto uopste nije malo. Interesuje me ako neko zna kakav je g12 atifriz prema plasticnim-gumenim delovima i da li ja smem da ga sipam u moju carinu e, motor 4afe 1997 benzin.

Moj savet je da nikada ne sipas vodu niti njihovu kombinaciju, već čist antifriz odnosno G12.

Mozda nisam bio najjasniji ali ja sam koristio koncentrat G12 antifriza tj 100% kao pocetnu supstancu za razblazivanje. A on se kao takav nerazblazen NESME koristiti jer mrzne vec na - 12, ako se dobro secam, vec se njegovim razblazivanjem dobija smesa koja mrzne na odgovarajucoj temp. Po fabrickim uputstvima mislim da se ne preporucuje konc veca od 80% antifriza.

 

Ali sto se mene tice problem je u tacki kljucanja i agresivnosti na plastiku.

Danas sam opet kupio da zamjenim antifriz, zbog mijenjanja vodene pumpe. Međutim kada sam otvorio bocu boja je bila žuta, a nikad se nisam susretao sa tim tipom antifriza.

Znam za crveni(za novija auta), i plavi i zeleni za ove starije, ali žuti???

Ako neko ima iskusttva neka napiše.

Moja preporuka ide licenciranom BASF proizvodu G30 - G12.

Druga godina kako ga koristim i zadovoljan sam dobijenim.

Cena ovog proizvoda je oko 350din, dok ima u ponudi i baš nemački proizvod 1,5l pakovanje od 600din, pa ko voli nek izvoli.  :)

 

ps: Još da napomenem Toyotina preporuka je G12, i to modele koji su stariji od 2000god (1999,1998,1997,..) može se sipati i G11 dok u modele koji su mlađe krštenice od 2000god. ne bi valjalo ;) - Informacija dobijena od ovlašćenog TOYOTA SERVIS-a  8)

Nema greške sa tim G12... Samo koliko mi se čini, antifriz se bira prema tipu hladnjaka, zar ne?!  :-\  Jer, ako me mozak ne vara, ljudi su u 2E motore stavljali taj G12 u slučaju kada je oridžidži hladjak zamenjen alu-hladnjakom...  :-X

bilo koji,bitno da ga ima u hladnjaku ! dovoljne su i male kolicine pa da voda ne moze skroz da zaledi ;)

Bilo koji!!!...To je isto kao " Sve jedno!!!"..Ja bar mislim, da NIJE SVE JEDNO!  :) Osim ako ne vozish sluzbeni auto.  ;)
